• Bank statements for past two months
• Retirement account statements for past two months
• Make/Model/Size/Serial #/Year of home
• Realtor/Seller contact information
• Written and verbal verification of empoyment

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage Account information
• Home Equity Account information (if applicable)
